Celebrate Growth-We baptized 6 people this year, OCC 155 shoe boxes, journey groups.
We honor all our Volunteers, the unseen heroes. The set up/tear down team, the volunteers who bring food every week, who make us coffee to keep us going, those who do our marketing and pay for it out of their pockets, and those who faithfully give each week to keep us in this facility.

There are 4 areas that we believe that will help Faith Community to move forward in 2026:

Established Faith-We want our church to move to a Deeper level of life-changing discipleship, not just surface belief Acts 2:42-47 “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Information …transformation
Established Leadership-We want to have Healthy teams with shared responsibility-Ecclesiastes 4:9 “two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed”
Established Vision-We want to have clarity in our mission to create a unified focused direction and how to have community impact in our city this year-Habakkuk2:2 “Write the vision; make it clear”
Established Systems-We want to have Sustainability and healthy order, not burnout. We aren’t building for a moment but we are building for lasting sustainability the ability to meet present needs without compromising the future growth of generations to come-1 Corinthians 14:40 “But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way”
